Last 27 years being a member of a publishing house which publishes a well known wall hanging almanac ‘KALNIRNAY’ provided me an opportunity to interact with a vast section of people and explore places in Maharashtra. It was an enriching experience which provided me an opportunity to learn and apply management practices at the field level. Now since having a well-set business I’m looking for an opportunity to work in various other fields like education, agriculture, water and energy management which will be more meaningful and satisfying.
Education: G.D.Arch. and Completed a course in Astrology.

Nearly 31 years of experience in the family business with 4-5 years in the field of architecture and 24 years in the field of astrology has offered me an opportunity to interact with wide cross-section of people, organization and become familiar with problems of various types of people. As an architect and director / partner of a publishing house, I have developed good understanding of various issues affecting life at large. My education background of graduation in architecture and completion of course in astrology has helped me in having good combination of logical and analytical thinking and at the same time, understanding of human behavior and society in general.
Some of the major responsibilities of Director included the following
- Establish in-house Art – DTP
- Procured a plot in M.I.D.C. and built a building to start press which has a capacity to print newspapers.
- Look after banking and finance activities.
- Create different layouts for in-house publications and other jobs.
Nearly 14 years in handling the forecast column in the largest in Astrology Circulating publication in India (KALNIRNAY)
Wrote a forecast column in marathi eveninger ‘Sanj-Lokasatta’ for three and a half years.
Worked as a designer and advisor for several books.
Designed and did photography for a book published by Mumbai University at the event of millennium year.
Worked as a co-ordinator in between for a well known town planner Mr. Anant Vitthal Gadgil and TECS for an electronic city in the State of Goa.
Designed and consulted for bungalows and new projects in Alibaug, Sindhudurg, Nagpur, Satara as an architect and vaastu consultant.
Completed assignments on various popular temples like Vitthal-Rakhumai at Pandharpur, Siddhivinayak at Prabhadevi, Dagdu Sheth Halwai Ganpati at Pune, Mahalaxmi Temple of Kolhapur etc.
Contributed to Chikitsak Samuh for the period of 2004 – 2008 as a honorary trustee.
