Website Manager

Post: Website Manager

Experience: 2+ Years of relevant experience

Key Skills Required:

  1. Basic knowledge of WordPress, WooCommerce, editor and other plugins.
  2. Basic knowledge of Google Tools (Webmaster, Analytics, Adwords, Adsense,etc.)
  3. Basic knowledge of HTML, Javascript and related tools/packages.
  4. Search Engine Optimization, SEO,SMO,SEM,SMM.
  5. Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator
  6. Good written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to quickly develop relationships with all levels of customers and prospects.
  7. Basic knowledge of Marathi language preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Designing structure of the Website.
  2. Structuring and managing performance-based digital marketing campaigns on the Company Website, Facebook, Google Ad-words, Re-targeting, etc.
  3. Responsible for UI/UX of all digital properties of the website.
  4. Responsible for website management- ensuring content, data etc. on the site is up to date and in brand guidelines.
  5. Handling C-Panel for the website
  6. Content Development-

Write creative, engaging and unique content focusing on Social Media.

  1. Track and analyze the performance of promotional campaigns and adjust messaging and ad placements, as needed.
  2. Creating mailers and running them through platforms like mailchimp or hubspot
  3. Work closely with the creative team in preparing graphics/content for use-case marketing
  4. Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skill and a positive attitude.
  5. Empower the pre-sales, sales & support team with marketing aids such as collateral, presentations etc.
  6. Self-starter who is, flexible, organized and able to work independently

Qualification & Experience :

– Bachelor’s degree computer science/IT preferred

– 2+ years of experience in relevant field

– Exposure into digital marketing would be preferred

– Good exposure to the new technologies and innovations, through internet and print publications.

Social Media Executive

1.Oversees all company social media accounts management (Facebook,Twitter,sharechat,Instagram, Youtube, etc.)
2. Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
3. Proficient in Marathi, English and Hindi. Ability to write grammatically correct, creative content in Marathi, English, and Hindi.
4. Language skills required: English, Marathi and Hindi.
5. Analyses social media campaigns with analytical tools to gather visitor data and determine areas for social media campaign improvement.
6. Works with company’s other departments to develop social media posts, campaigns, promotions.
7. Monitors and develops monthly reports.
8. Thorough knowledge of the social media ad campaign and its functioning. (Paid advertisement)
9. Publish creative content on social media on a daily basis.
10. Come with creative ideas to increase traffic of website through social media.
11. Must be an active user of the social media channels on a personal level.
12. Create Brand Awareness or leverage social media for brand development.
